Sanity Fair

For my first post on the new blog, I'd like to introduce you to another blog - Sanity Fair - A Southern writer with all the charms I hope to possess. A friend pinned a picture of her home and that led me to her blog which led to me rearranging my house for the past 3 hours. She was able to style her 425 square foot apartment in D.C. like no other. Major applause. Please, take the tour...and drool.

Notes to take: Arranging trays as anchors on tables, provides a base for the smaller things. The way she hangs pictures, grouping with similar frames and layering (appendix b: see mirror hung over Asian screen, acting as headboard, ridiculously good looking)

And you can take away from this lesson what you may, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope you do too!

The Better is Yet to Come!

Fabulous K Creative has been working very hard on redesigning Interioriented and I'm so excited for the big reveal. Poor thing had to go off my completely opaque (not clear) description of what I wanted for the blog. I told her I wanted Interior and Oriented to be seen as two words, but one word. Real clear, not.

But, I'm excited to say that her amazing talent was able to shine through my brain fog and come up with a perfectly executed solution that I cannot wait to share. In the meantime, see her other works here and get excited for the big reveal - and then I'll be back to blogging on my new format with a lot more frequency and schedulicity!!

Hoppy Easter!
